You never know
What’s right around the corner
Hello dear friends,
This week I was at the black sea with lots of family. We had a wonderful time!!! We stayed in Burgas with a 20meter walk to the beach, the closest I’ve ever stayed.
I have small bad news. But I also have great news!
The bad news is I had no time to edit my vlog, because I was with
the kiddos 24/7. We started the days quite early, around 7:30am, and would basically come home to sleep. However, I have just finished working on it while we were driving to Koprivchitsa, for the boys’ baptism. We have been really taking advantage of the beach, so time on my laptop was quite limited. However, not completely at zero.
In fact, I did spend 2 nights this week editing my resume and writing many cover letters for jobs. I applied to a total of 6 jobs in Malta! Today, I got a phone call from my best friend Anouk, who kept my Maltese sim card, telling me I got an interview to be a supply teacher at Inspire, which is a school board that works with handicapped children. Basically, she got a phone call this morning from them, and
pretended to be me, and landed me this interview. Talk about best friend goals!!!!!
So on Monday, I have a Teams interview with them! Please email me any advice you have in regards to an interview for a teaching job, it’ll be much appreciated 🙂

Everything is falling into place.
Another great news, is that when I was in Malta, I went to this super cool bar that had famous paintings on their cocktails, and I ended up chatting up the owner. He said he was looking for people, and I told him I was looking for a job. He offered me an interview! I never ended up emailing him, because at the time, I did not think I would be staying in Malta. Many things changed since then, and I am already going back on July 14th, at least for a week! So I messaged the owner of the bar, and asked him if I could still do the interview, and he just said: you’re hired. And the best part, is he agreed to
make me a work visa!!!!
So basically, everything is really working out.
I decided that if I get the supply teacher job, it’ll probably be part time, or at least only in the mornings, so I can definitely do both jobs!! I’m super happy. The very best part about all of this, is Anouk is actually moving out in October, so we decided to be roommates. I think my Europe dream is finally coming all together.

k, now a little bit more about my trip. We went to Sozopol and Nesebar as day drips from Burgas, and they were both beautiful beaches. I made a lot of videos this week, so you will see them in the Vlog. One funny story that was the highlight of my week, was when we rented a pedal boat, and my dad lost one lens of his glasses, and it was super random, because he looked like a pirate! Then, a bit later, i got tired of pedalling, so I asked my dad to switch with me, and when I
was getting up, I had a movie scene fall right into the water. It was super funny, but I lost my sunglasses. Luckily, they were super cheap, because I know myself… the tradeoff was we visited a beautiful cliffed beach with lots of crabs and seashells that we collected! It was a beautiful day.
Yours Truly.
